Two lockable toilet cubicles, each with a flush toilet, basin, towel rail, soap dish and water tank. The majority of these cubicles are sunk into the hulls.
Drivers console situated at the rear of the boat in the centre in line with the two toilet cubicles. All instrumentation and electrical hardware on the console is optional as per owner’s choice. The console is large enough to accommodate most requirements.
The deck is surrounded by a fiberglass gunwale and an aluminium rail.
The two hulls are made entirely out of fibreglass and wood. The resins used are all isothalic and are formulated to minimise the affect of osmosis. Each hull has three watertight compartments that run the length of the hull. Above these is fibreglass floor. Above this floor are waterproof transverse bulkheads numbering fourteen per hull. Forming the parameter of each bulkhead is an aluminium frame that is part of the superstructure. Each of these waterproof bulkheads has an inspection hatch. The superstructure is made entirely of aluminium with the entire frame welded together. A fibreglass roof is suspended on an aluminium framework
For the commercial cruises twin sixty horsepower two stroke petrol outboards are perfectly adequate. Environmental agencies are pushing for four stroke but there is quite a cost difference. A double steering system is needed – hydraulic or ride guide. A battery is housed next to each motor. Long-range fuel tanks can be fitted (optional).
All safety accessories are optional extras unless they are specifically included in the quotation. Space for all devises is incorporated into the design. Life rafts can be secured to the roof, life rings secured to the rails. Storage of life jackets often depends on the furnishing of the vessel. Fire extinguishers can be secured near the motors and elsewhere on the vessel.
Outstanding all round vision for all passengers. Very quiet on the water. Extremely spacious and stable allowing passengers free movement about the boat. Passengers are seated a fair distance off the water but the overall profile of the boat is one that is environmentally friendly and popular with the conservationists. Handles superbly and is easily maneuvered in any conditions. Very shallow draught.
VERY POPULAR WITH PASSENGERS.
