Fishing Raft

At Turbo Glass not only do we build single hull boats but we have a fantastic array of rafts too. Recently we built and finished a Bazooka 180 for a client who has two young children and enjoy fishing alot!

 With this in mind, we built the raft around certain specifications, safety being a priority. The client was so impressed with the fact that so long as his ideas did not compromise the structure or safety of the vessel we would accommodate them! We have always worked with the simple goal that what ever boat you require, we will build it for you. It is your boat and your money being spent, we want you to have what you want! 

The Bazooka 180 can come either as a twin mounted raft or a single mount. In this particular case we fitted an 85hp Yamaha engine to the raft, with devastating effect!! On the lake test at Olive Beadle fishing camp on the Zambezi, with four people on board we got the raft on the plane and using a GPS system recorded 50.23kph!!! Not bad for a raft I'd say!

 The Bazooka 180 is the perfect fishing boat for the lakes and rivers of Zimbabwe, with its' spacious deck and amazing stability it will be hard to beat. Couple this with the fact you can reach fantastic speeds to rival smaller fishing boats, there is no fishing spot you can't reach in a good time!
